What should I do if something is not working?
Most issues can be solved by the following two steps:
- Log out and in
- Resync your inbox integration (only relevant for people with an integration)
- Meco Settings
- Connected Mailboxes
- Select account
- Resync Mailbox
If the above doesn't work, email team@meco.app with a description of the issue and screenshots if possible
