Where do I manage a connected mailbox?

Go to Meco Settings → Connected Mailboxes, then select your Gmail or Outlook account.

When should I resync my mailbox?

Resync if newsletters are missing, new subscriptions are not appearing, or your mailbox does not seem up to date.

  1. Go to Meco Settings → Connected Mailboxes.
  2. Select the affected account.
  3. Tap Resync Mailbox.

If resyncing does not solve the issue, log out and back in. You can also contact team@meco.app with a description and screenshots.

How do I disconnect a mailbox?

  1. Go to Meco Settings → Connected Mailboxes.
  2. Select the mailbox.
  3. Tap Disconnect from Meco.

Disconnecting reverts the mailbox's newsletters back to your email inbox. You can reconnect the mailbox later.

Can I move only one sender back to my inbox?

Yes. Go to Senders, open the sender's three-dot menu, and select Move sender to inbox. The rest of your mailbox remains connected to Meco.

What is the difference between resync and disconnect?

  • Resync Mailbox refreshes the mailbox and resolves connection issues.
  • Disconnect from Meco removes the integration and returns its newsletters to your email inbox.
